Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
We're happy to help with cancellations! Please note that orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and before your item has shipped.
Do you offer replacements, refunds, or compensation for stolen packages?
We understand how frustrating it can be when a package goes missing. Per our shipping policy, our responsibility ends once tracking shows "Delivered", and the carrier's delivery record serves as final proof of delivery. We recommend taking precautions to ensure your package is received safely.
How do I process returns or exchanges?
We're happy to assist with exchanges! You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. After this window, items are considered accepted and are no longer eligible for exchange.
I received a tracking number but there's no shipping update?
We work with multiple carriers to get your order to you. Occasionally, items may experience customs delays which can cause tracking updates to pause temporarily. If you notice unusual delays, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Tracking says "Delivered" but I can't find my package
We're sorry to hear this! Here's what to do first:
Check with family, roommates, or neighbors to see if they accepted the package for you
Contact your local carrier to confirm the exact delivery location
Unfortunately, we're unable to provide replacements or refunds for packages confirmed stolen after delivery. We recommend staying in touch with your carrier once tracking is active to help prevent packages from being left in unsecured areas.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are typically generated within 3–6 days after payment is completed. If you haven't received yours after this time, feel free to contact us and we'll look into it for you.
I chose FedEx but haven't received tracking yet?
Rest assured, your order is on its way! While FedEx is temporarily unavailable in our origin city, we ship your package via DHL first. Once it arrives at the first transit hub, tracking will update in our system and we'll share it with you. This may add a few extra days, but your order has already shipped.
When can I expect my order?
After payment, delivery happens in two stages:
Order preparation: 2 business days for processing and quality checks
Shipping: 10–15 business days for standard shipping, or 5–7 business days for expedited
While international deliveries may occasionally experience minor delays, we guarantee your order will arrive within one month of payment.
